Connected office, warehouse Wi-Fi and production environment; a disrupted communication path identifies the problem.

INDEPENDENT NETWORK DIAGNOSTICS AND ARCHITECTURE

I find the root cause of difficult network problems.

I help organizations diagnose unstable communication, infrastructure problems following expansion, and recurring incidents that internal teams and technology providers cannot clearly explain.

I do not sell a preferred vendor or add technology without a reason. I start by determining what is actually causing the problem.

01 / Problems

Does any of this sound familiar?

Machines intermittently lose communication

The problem appears irregularly, is difficult to reproduce, and every involved party points to a different possible cause.

The network became unstable after an expansion

A new device, production line, switch or configuration change introduced problems that did not exist before.

ERP, MES or other systems disconnect

Users see the impact, but infrastructure teams, application teams and vendors disagree about the cause.

Warehouse or production Wi-Fi is unreliable

Terminals, scanners and mobile devices work only in selected areas or lose connectivity during normal operations.

IT, automation and vendors blame each other

An independent analysis is needed to separate assumptions from evidence and identify the actual cause.

A new machine or production line must connect to the existing network

Before commissioning, the existing infrastructure must be checked against the new technical and operational requirements.

Practical help for real network problems

01

Network instability and communication diagnostics

Analysis of difficult, recurring or intermittent network problems. The objective is to find the cause rather than replace equipment through trial and error.

Scope of work

  • analysis of available evidence and symptoms,
  • configuration and topology review,
  • event correlation,
  • identification of the most likely root cause,
  • corrective and verification plan.
02

Network readiness assessment before commissioning

An independent assessment of whether the existing network is ready to support a new machine, system or production area.

Scope of work

  • supplier requirements review,
  • addressing, capacity and reliability assessment,
  • identification of conflicts and dependencies,
  • pre-implementation recommendations,
  • requirements for the integrator and internal IT team.
03

Independent network design review

A review of a network design prepared by an integrator, technology supplier or internal team before equipment is purchased and implementation begins.

Scope of work

  • assumptions and topology review,
  • single points of failure assessment,
  • segmentation and communication path validation,
  • maintainability and scalability assessment,
  • prioritized list of findings and recommended changes.
04

Network architecture simplification

Help with bringing structure to a network shaped over many years by multiple vendors and incremental short-term changes.

Scope of work

  • understandable view of the current architecture,
  • identification of unnecessary complexity,
  • proposed target network structure,
  • Pareto-based improvement priorities,
  • practical development roadmap.

03 / How I work

The problem comes first. Technology comes second.

01

Initial discussion and symptom collection

We establish what is failing, when the problem occurs, what has already been checked and how operations are affected.

02

Technical analysis

I review the architecture, configurations, logs, measurements and dependencies between systems.

03

Evidence-based conclusions

I separate evidence from assumptions and present the root cause or a plan for confirming it.

04

Practical action plan

You receive prioritized recommendations and a clear scope of changes without unnecessary infrastructure complexity.

AN INDEPENDENT PERSPECTIVE

Why independent analysis?

No equipment sales

recommendations are not influenced by commission or a preferred vendor.

Evidence-based

decisions are based on configurations, measurements, logs and observed symptoms.

Collaboration rather than replacement

I work with IT, automation teams, integrators and suppliers.

Proportionate solutions

not every organization needs the most complex available technology.

Security through sound architecture

stability, segmentation and controlled communication are part of good design, not a separate product.

TECHNICAL METHODS

Expertise applied to the problem

Technologies, vendors and standards are tools. I apply them according to the problem, the scale of the organization and the actual operational impact.

  • Enterprise and industrial network architecture
  • TCP/IP and application communication analysis
  • Switching, routing, redundancy and loop prevention
  • Network segmentation and controlled communication
  • Industrial and warehouse Wi-Fi
  • IT/OT integration
  • Configuration and architecture reviews
  • Packet capture and evidence-based troubleshooting
  • Network resilience and failure analysis
  • OT security principles
  • IEC 62443-based architecture and risk principles

KAMIL CHELIŃSKI

About

My name is Kamil Cheliński. I specialize in enterprise and industrial networks, infrastructure architecture and communication problem analysis.

I help organizations identify the cause of problems that internal teams or multiple technology providers have not been able to resolve conclusively.

I combine practical networking experience with architecture and OT security principles. I do not start with product selection. I start by understanding how the environment works, what it depends on and how the problem affects operations.

My long-term specialization is industrial network architecture, IT/OT segmentation, OT security and IEC 62443-based approaches.
