Privacy policy
This notice describes data processing related to the AmaLink website and enquiries about network problems.

Form and correspondence
The form does not send data to AmaLink or save it in a website database. It prepares a message in your email application. You share the data only when you send that message yourself. Include only information needed for initial contact. Do not send passwords, patient data or confidential configurations.
Purpose and legal basis
Data received by email is used to respond to your enquiry and explore a possible engagement. For service enquiries, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); otherwise, it is the legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention and recipients
Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement, and for periods required by law or the protection of legal claims. Email and hosting providers may process data to deliver these services.
Language preference and connections
The website stores your selected language (PL or EN) in your browser to remember it on later visits. Form contents are not stored there. When displaying the website, hosting, image and font providers receive technical connection data such as your IP address.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or your relevant supervisory authority.
